Print Instruction
1 First step to print waterbased ink layers
2 Second step to print waterbased hotmelt (with WG-001 cross link 2%) layer
3 Drying @80°for 1 hour
4 Heat transfer (pressing): 10-15 seconds @155-160° Celcius
5 Best layers-adhesion when using both of our waterbased ink layer and the waterbased hotmelt layer

Remark
1 Mixing with DAS crosslink hardener WG-001
2 Cross link % can be a little bit higher for faster drying
3 Screen Printing boartd suggestion – 100-150 mesh
4 Heat transfer after 24 hrs printing
5 Clean screen board after printing to avoid it from clogging
6 Compliance with REACH, ROHS,EN-719,ST-MARK Part 3 (Japan) and ASTM F963-96A
