Print Instruction
1 Screen print board suggestion: 80-100 thick stencil mesh board
2 Natural dry 10-30 minutes for multi layers, better with heating @60°Celcius
3 Better with 2-5% crosslink hardener, for better tacking and anti-washing
4 Fully drying time – 72 hrs, test after this time
5 Clean the screen print board immediately when not using

Remark
1 Mixing with DAS crosslink hardener DAS-008 or DAS-006
2 Screen Printing boartd suggestion – 80-100 thick stencil mesh
3 Ink consumption: 25-35㎡/kg by regular screen printing scraper
4 Physical tests after 72 hrs printed
5 Clean screen board with tap water after printing to avoid it from clogging
6 Compliance with REACH, ROHS,EN-719,ST-MARK Part 3 (Japan) and ASTM F963-96A
